Call for papers
AUV 2022 symposium is accepting two categories of submission:
- Full paper submissions. Upto six pages in standard IEEE Conference US letter format are allowed for each paper, including figures and references, and a maximum of two additional pages can be purchased. The template is available here.
- Extended abstract submissions. Maximum 2 pages (excluding references) in standard IEEE Conference US letter format. The accepted extended abstracts will be included in the symposium proceedings and the registered authors will get an opportunity to present their work but these abstracts will not be published in IEEE Xplore. Please note that proceedings will be downloadable from our website for only one month post the AUV Symposium.
Student Travel Grant
We are providing a limited number of student travel grants to deserving candidate student presenters. During submission time, please indicate your student status and whether you would like to be considered for the grant.
Registration is mandatory for all accepted papers before submitting the final manuscript. At least one author of each accepted paper must register to attend the symposium. Please complete your registration for symposium participation and pay the designated registration fee.
Copyright and E-Copyright Form
It is the policy of the IEEE to own the copyright to the technical contributions it publishes on behalf of the interests of the IEEE, its authors, and their employers, and to facilitate the appropriate reuse of this material by others. To comply with U.S. copyright law, authors are required to sign an IEEE copyright transfer form with the final manuscript. For your information, please refer here. It returns to authors and their employers full rights to reuse their material for their own purposes. Authors of accepted manuscripts should fill the electronic copyright transfer form (E-Copyright) at the time of final submission of the material for publication.
